🚨 ANOTHER GARDEN TRANSFORMATION COMPLETED BY BARR BUILT PROPERTY SERVICES 🔨🌿

We all know the typical new-build garden 🫣 — but this one has been completely transformed!

From a stripped-out, uneven and constantly wet garden, we’ve created a modern, practical and family-friendly outdoor space that can actually be enjoyed. 👌

This one came with plenty of challenges, including very tight access for getting machinery into the garden and several different levels compared with the surrounding gardens.

We installed extensive land drainage to help manage water coming into the garden, while all retaining walls were fully tanked. This allowed us to transform what was essentially one large, wet slope into three separate, usable areas.

The customer just has the walls left to get rendered and then it’s FINITO! 🙌🏼

Another quality transformation completed by the Barr Built team. 👊

This one was dug out completely by hand by the boys due to tight access, before we installed a solid outhouse shed base, laid premium natural beige porcelain, and finished everything off with Spey chips for a clean, modern finish.

A clean modern look to allow this family to use their outdoor space now 🙌🏼

First big Garden done in time for summer 👌🔥

This garden was completely refreshed with a mixed-size sandstone patio, giving it a clean, natural finish that really stands out — especially when it’s freshly washed like this 💧

We paired it with artificial grass to keep things low maintenance while still looking sharp all year round 🌿

At the bottom, we created a separate seating area, with a new fence for privacy, perfect for entertaining or just kicking back in the evenings 🍻

Another transformation completed 🔥

Quick 2 day transformation, out with the old timber decking and in with this stunning mixed-size sandstone patio 👌

This job completely refreshed the space, replacing worn, high-maintenance decking with a durable, low-maintenance natural stone finish that will last for years to come. The mixed pack layout really brings out the character in the sandstone and gives it that clean but traditional look.

Another one wrapped up 👌🔥

Full garden transformation completed by Barr Built — and what a difference this one makes.

We installed Kandla Grey porcelain throughout, finished off with a sharp charcoal brick border to really set it off. Fresh artificial grass laid for a clean, low-maintenance space all year round 🌿

To top it off, we fitted a sleek Venetian fence for that modern look and added a custom putting green for the golf lovers ⛳️🏌️‍♂️
