Surrounded by the beautiful scenery of Morecombe Bay, the luxury Pippins Beck housing development in the Lake District demanded high expectations from its interior finishes.

Complementing the slate roofs and natural stone walls, housebuilder Quince Homes knew that a natural looking flooring would be the perfect match, with our Allura LVT specified throughout the ground floor of the homes. On average, we can claim the highest percentage of recycled content by weight in the industry for our carpet tiles – that’s something we’re really proud of ♻️

With sustainability at the project’s core, it was important that the new clinic’s interior space would be fully reconfigurable in the future, ensuring that it could be adapted as the building’s needs change. It was against this backdrop that our Allura Flex luxury vinyl tiles and IOBAC MagTabs were specified, ticking the boxes for both durability and flexibility.

Inspired by flow and movement, biophilic design was another core principle, with Allura’s realistic wood-effect patterns perfectly complementing this desire for neutral and earthy colours.
