Dehydrator was working overtime yesterday, but all packed and stored, small batches available for purchase. Still got probably around 8kg of chillies growing to be harvested late September-Early October… 🤞

Been having a play with some extra flavours and getting some feedback from a select few followers.

• Orange/Apricot (not in picture) seems to be perfect
• Kiwi/Mango/Lime (not in picture), works well
• Summer fruits, needs a bit more sugar/straining

• Green pepper & Jalapeno, works well, fresh and zesty
• Orange pepper & Habanero, sweeter with a kick
• Red pepper and habanero, hot, but not in your face
• Red Hot, being tested internally.

Today’s harvest (bottom) and current stock that are going into the chilli base sauce. We’ve now enabled Thai, Serrano and Cayenne on the website if you want some lovely fresh chillies. It’s still very early, expecting a bumper harvest, with naga and habanero just about to ripen.
