You may notice we've updated our website, but in spite of better visuals, we've kept our prices the same.

For almost eight years, we've strived to offer three things for our customers;

1️⃣ Great prices
2️⃣ Huge range of products
3️⃣ Superfast delivery

Our prices remain highly competitive, we stock more than 1900 individual products lines, including more than 240 scents in Wax melts, and our Same Day Dispatch before 2pm is at the fore of our offering.

Over the last few months, we've improved the shopping experience on our website, with a host of major changes this weekend to assist that.

✅ Improvements to the collection scroll. Gone are repetitive 'sale' tags on images, replaced by descriptive tags such as Bestseller, New In, Autumn, Highly Rated.

✅ Further improvements on the scroll, adding scent tags and any offer/multibuy availability as you scroll products, as well as scent family tags on the scroll.

✅ Cleaner product pages. Gone is unnecessary information - due to a coding sweep. Product pages are now cleaner, with the information you're looking for easier to find and appropriately placed.

✅ Redesigned Add To Cart buttons. Visually, these have lacked on product pages. Our data shows people tend to click the sticky Add To Cart.

✅ Calmer promotional content. Increased visuals across the site. Less shouty promotion, which should lead to a calmer shopping experience.

✅ Stronger headings on mobile to improve mobile UX. Less wasted space.

✅ Seasonal collections have been brought into the same design element. Scrolling wax melts? Autumn scents will now pop out visually.

✅ Improved FAQs on collection and product pages.

Since our last post two months ago, you’ve kept us ridiculously busy.

We’ve had record sales days, a record sales month, sold out of some of our usual bestsellers and even managed to run out of packing peanuts twice - which genuinely never happens (we order 40 bags at a time).

It’s been chaotic, but thank you.

That extra demand has meant our Autumn launch is later than usual, but it’s finally here.

Soy and some of the other Autumn products will follow in around a fortnight.

One other update - because we’re heading into our busiest part of the year, we’re temporarily simplifying production.

Until January, we’ll be pausing some bath products, around 40 of our slowest selling wax melt scents, and a few slower selling Room Spray and EDP fragrances. We're undecided on which yet, but with 220+ wax melt scents, it's not going to be anything really popular.

We normally try to keep everything available all year round, but after our busiest June, July and August to date, something had to give if we wanted to keep dispatch times fast and still launch Autumn and Christmas properly.

So basically, slightly less non-seasonal choice for a few months, but better stock levels, faster production and that same, great 2pm same day dispatch you know.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: SCENT CHANGES ⚠️

As part of our ongoing annual reviews, we recently identified that a number of fragrance oils across the industry have had updated technical documentation and minor formulation changes linked to incoming UK/EU legislation surrounding certain ingredients.

In most cases, these changes are extremely small and not something we or customers would realistically notice from a scent perspective. However, even minor updates can require revised allergen declarations, classifications or product documentation behind the scenes.

Ordinarily, suppliers would inform of these changes - a tiny minority have. However, we are saddened to learn that much of these changes have happened without many suppliers informing their customer. This doesn't just affect us, but the entire industry. We have called upon suppliers to begin to inform customers correctly.

We have spent the last few weeks carefully auditing and updating our 200+ fragrances and product listings to ensure everything remains fully up to date.

We have also temporarily removed a small number of cosmetic products whilst we work to have these reassessed.

Over the next week, we’ll also be publishing a running list of fragrances affected by updated documentation so customers have full visibility and transparency moving forward.
