Bathroom transformation completed ✔️
Supplied and fitted Amtico Form LVT in Mineral with feature strips for a clean, modern stone-effect finish.

Full prep carried out to ensure a smooth, level subfloor before installation—because the finish is only as good as what’s underneath. Tiles laid in a staggered brick pattern to give a natural, spacious look that really suits the room.

Finished with precise cuts around all fixtures for a neat, professional result.

Durable, water-resistant, and low-maintenance—perfect for bathrooms and everyday use.

✨ Full Home Transformation Complete ✨

Following on from a previous job, we’ve now returned to complete the upstairs with carpets throughout– bringing this house remodel together perfectly 👌

A high-quality, durable carpet has been fitted to the stairs, landing, and bedrooms adding comfort underfoot with a new 9mm high density underlay while tying in seamlessly with the rest of the flooring throughout the home. The neutral tone keeps everything looking clean, modern, and cohesive from top to bottom.

✔️ Professional fitting
✔️ Smooth, precise finish
✔️ Seamless flow throughout the home

It’s always great to come back and put the final touches on a project – and this one is now fully complete 🙌

🔥 Another high-standard project completed by Simply Floors!

This job took 4 days from start to finish, including full clearance, decontamination, and preparation of the subfloor smoothing out any imperfections with a 3mm float of latex self-levelling compound giving us the perfect surface!

We then installed a fully stuck-down LVT in Midsummer Oak throughout the hallway, kitchen, lounge, utility, shoe cupboard, and both W/Cs — all finished neatly with a clear silicone bead for a seamless look. no nasty white!!

Phase 2 is coming later this week, where we’ll be fitting carpets in the remaining areas. Stay tuned! 👣✨
