Every home has a story — and most begin in the Kitchen. 🤍✨

Kitchen is where i experiment new recipes with my little ones, sometimes indulge in baking, make my morning coffee and school lunches. With all the activities in a limited space, i wanted my kitchen to be modern and absolutely functional.

Things i chose to do :
A white countertop so no dirt stays hidden when we close the kitchen for the day.
Dark cabinetry below the counter top so cleaning stains from long exposure to fumes doesn’t become an everyday business.
A Built in stove to save counter space.
Few open shelves for easy access to regularly reached items.
Suspended microwave and larger Oven under the countertop.

It’s beginning to feel a lot like Christmas and no matter where i am, putting up a tree is a mandate i set for myself and religiously follow 🧑‍🎄🌲
Currently shuttling between North and South India, setting up our rental place up North while also managing the place back in B’lore. A lot has transpired in the past year but thankfully, everything good. Looking forward to sharing some rental home tips and tricks real soon !!

Saying goodbye to the house we called home for four years, wasn’t easy. Once all the furniture moved out, the house looked like a person robbed off his belongings ! My little one declared “mom my voice is echoing” and i started to feel the emptiness in the walls, in the house and a part of me also felt empty and blank.
Our house gifted us many happy memories. Both my boys took their first walking steps in this house, i started my Instagram page here and the list goes on…Well, its time to let go and make way for a new family to step in and make new memories here, we’ll carry ours in our hearts 💕
