This Cannondale bicycle sat unused for years, covered in rust, seized components, and neglected parts.
The journey began with heavily rusted chainrings, cassette, chain, brake mechanisms, cables, hubs, bottom bracket, and headset. Every component was carefully disassembled, deep cleaned, de-rusted, serviced, lubricated, and reassembled.
Both wheel hubs were overhauled, the bottom bracket and headset received complete servicing, and even the rusted cables were restored rather than replaced. After countless hours of cleaning, polishing, and fine-tuning, the bike received a thorough foam wash and final detailing.
The result? A stunning transformation from a forgotten rust-covered machine into a smooth, functional, ride-ready Cannondale.
If you love bicycle restoration, mechanical overhauls, satisfying cleaning videos, and bringing old machines back to life, this one is for you.
