A compact 120 sq. ft. bedroom recently designed and delivered by us in a project in Powai, Mumbai.

In designing, it is not about the size of the space. It is actually about novel, realistic and aesthetic utilization of the available space.

When less is more!

In designing, it is not about the size of the space. It is actually about novel, realistic and aesthetic utilization of the available space.

Here is a bedroom, which is a little more than 100 sq. ft, that we recently designed and delivered for a project in Mumbai.

We call this the storm before the calm!

Every project we undertake entails humungous amount of planning, unflinching resilience, unending surprises, perilous twists and turns, unexpected losses, fierce teamwork, a truckload of patience, tiring days, sleepless nights, and finally, a cartful of satisfaction & that thrilling sense of triumph!

Any project in its raw stages looks nowhere close to the final outcome. But, each day of work done gives us a new vision, and takes us an inch closer to the finishing line.

Here is one such "work in progress" site of ours due for handover in a month & half from now.

As a designing firm, our primary goal is to give our clients what they seek and desire, rather than we trying to thrust upon them what we want them to take from us!

At times, we have to go beyond our designing genre, taste preferences and comfort zone to achieve this objective.

Here is one such living room we designed for a client whose designing brief called for flashy & extravagant elements. While that is not our designing genre, we were extremely happy to see this client super satisfied with the end product we delivered to them. Here, we stuck to their brief, and gave them what they wanted.

What do we do on a site visit?

Well a site visit is about madness; it is about managing a tornado that constantly hovers without respite; it is about a plethora of tsunamis that keep knocking us off everyday - teaching us to cope up, and stand tall next day again at the site!

And then, the final day handover reminds us why and how well we managed the mess, day after day!

A designer's life is about daily thrills & innovation, lots and lots of hardwork, and tons of satisfaction.

Every project is the start of a new journey for us! Here in one more such exciting journey.

We share glimpses of the 3D rendition of Project "Lakeview", a 3BHK perched in Powai with beautiful lake views.

The brief from the client was to have a balanced monochrome set up with use of pastel shades, whites and wooden elements. We designed for them what they exactly desired.

Work at site has commenced for this project. Watch out this space for site videos in the weeks to come!

Project "Offshore Diaries " was a very special experience for us, since the client was based in the US, and he never visited India during the tenure of the project.

Completed in less than 3.5 months, the work scope in this compact 2 BHK project entailed knocking down everything and remaking it from scratch. The client not being present physically in India, did not make things any easier for us!

This was the 4th such project we did for an offshore client who was not present in the country.

Here is a walk through of the completed project.
