At this stage, there are no finishes to hide behind. Only the planning speaks.

This 250 sq. yd. home is designed to feel open, connected and far larger than its footprint. From front to back, the spaces flow seamlessly, while a skylight above the staircase brings natural light deep into the house.

The HVAC + VRV ductable system is completely concealed within the wooden ceiling cladding clean, refined and free from unnecessary trapdoors.

For us, luxury is about better planning, hidden complexity and spaces that stay relevant with time.

A 5,500 sq. ft Villa Savoye II is an exercise in scale, proportion and restraint.

What will eventually read as a simple, timeless structure is anything but simple to build. The formwork, junctions and structural detailing demand precision, patience and highly skilled hands.

The Crowne House

At 350 sq. yd., House is designed to feel far more expansive than its footprint.

Large spans, connected spaces and generous volumes create a sense of oneness throughout the house, while natural light is planned to move deep into the interiors through the day.

At the pooja space, the idea goes a step further. A crescent-shaped skylight is designed not only for daylight, but to bring moonlight into the house as well a feature envisioned from the very beginning.

Even the staircase becomes part of the architecture, transitioning from wide to slender while connecting these open volumes together.
