Other eco-friendly features include water recycling and provision for solar water heating. Another feather in the cap for Belvalkar Housing is its Solacia project. The entire project is a township project. The project is designed so that the moment a vehicle drives in it goes straight into the basement. This ensures minimum noise and air pollution. Education is the most important aspect of a personтАЩs life. The Belvalkar Group took an initiative by entering the education sector. The Jyotirmay International School; a division of the Guruvarya Belvalkar Foundation, aims to bring quality educational facilities in Pune. Marathi literature has a rich history.
