When you work with ORLIVING, you talk to me. Always.

I’m the one who answers your first message. I draw the first sketches. I visit the apartment and take the measurements. I sit with the suppliers and negotiate the prices. I send you the options — every price, every detail.

I’m the one who shows up on site to check the tiling. The one who makes sure the plumber arrived on time, and that the kitchen fits the wall to the millimeter. The one who opens the door for the delivery, the one who styles the room before you walk in for the first time.

No account manager. No junior designer handling your project while the founder is in a meeting. One person, start to finish.

It’s slower to scale a business this way.
It’s the only way I want to build mine.

A small note from a recent project —

New-build apartments in Northern Italy often come without a proper entrance or corridor. The living room has to absorb everything: arrival, storage, TV wall, sofa, dining.

The move that solves it: built-in storage in light tones along one wall. It zones the space without dividing it, and keeps the room visually calm.

40–44 m² living rooms can hold a lot — if every centimetre is planned.

I’m Ana (Anastasiia) Cohen - the founder of ORLIVING.

I help international families turn an empty Italian apartment into a finished home, without flying back and forth, without managing 12 suppliers in a language they don’t speak.

What that looks like in practice:

— You buy a place in Milan, Como, or Northern Italy. Often from abroad.
— I handle the design, the suppliers, the contractors, the deliveries, the installation, the keys.
— You receive a finished home in 6-10 months, depending on scope.
