I’d let you buy materials without checking the quality.

I’d keep quiet when the workmanship is poor.

I’d let your fundi make decisions that should be mine.

I’d ignore measurements and let materials get wasted.

I’d wait until there’s a problem before telling you about it.

And I’d never bother checking what’s happening on site.

But I don’t work like that.

As your construction manager, my job is to protect your money, time and investment.

I’m not just there to watch people build.

I’m there to make sure the right decisions are being made at every stage.
