SIGNS YOUR CONCRETE WATER TANK MAY NEED REHABILITATION 💧

A concrete tank doesn't always need to be demolished when it starts leaking. Sometimes, the existing structure can be rehabilitated.

Here are 5 signs you should have your tank assessed:

1️⃣ Your water level keeps dropping
If you store water but notice that the level falls even when you're not using it, leakage could be the problem.

2️⃣ You can see cracks inside the tank
Cracks in the floor, walls or around joints can become pathways for water to escape.

3️⃣ Water is appearing outside the tank
Damp patches, wet areas or unexplained moisture around the outside of the tank may indicate leakage.

4️⃣ The tank has leaking joints or weak points
The connection between the floor and walls, construction joints and pipe penetrations can become common leakage points.

5️⃣ You've repaired the leaks before — but they keep coming back
Repeated repairs may indicate that the tank needs a more comprehensive rehabilitation approach rather than another temporary patch.
