A site visit is where the design starts to come to life.
It’s a chance to see the progress on site, discuss the details, and make sure the work is moving in the right direction.
From the initial drawings to the actual construction, every visit helps bring the architectural idea closer to reality.

Tropical Modernism, an architectural style that honours climate, scenery, and the feeling of coexisting with nature, is embodied in the renovation of Eco Kings Villa.

Through modern architectural expression, the refurbishment deliberately enriches the home's existing character rather than redefining it. Natural textures, open, breathing areas, extensive roof overhangs, and clean geometric shapes combine to produce a home that is both sophisticated and eco-friendly.

Every component of the house can react organically to its tropical surroundings because to the design's emphasis on natural sunshine, cross ventilation, and a smooth transition between indoor and outdoor areas.

An existing house is thoughtfully renovated into a modern tropical haven where ordinary life, architecture, and climate all blend together.

𝔼𝕧𝕠𝕝𝕧𝕚𝕟𝕘 𝕥𝕙𝕖 𝕍𝕚𝕤𝕚𝕠𝕟 | 𝕊𝕚𝕥𝕖 𝕍𝕚𝕤𝕚𝕥

What started as an expectation for a simple single-story home evolved into an exciting two-story architectural design!

During our site visit, we explored the land's footprint, spatial flow, and structural opportunities - showing how expanding vertically would better serve the client's long-term lifestyle and space requirements.

Excited to see this transformed vision come to life in Maharagama

A recent site visit and architectural consultation at an ongoing residential development marks the beginning of a collaborative design process.

Together with the interior design team, we conducted a detailed assessment of the space, taking measurements, evaluating spatial opportunities, and discussing the client's vision. Understanding the structure in its current stage allows us to develop thoughtful architectural and interior solutions that enhance functionality, aesthetics, and the overall user experience.

Every successful project begins with understanding the space, its context, and its potential. We look forward to transforming this vision into a well-crafted and inspiring environment.

The exterior transformation of the residence reflects a careful balance between existing character and contemporary expression.

The extension is designed to integrate seamlessly with the original structure-maintaining architectural harmony while introducing a refreshed identity. Clean lines, proportional volumes, and subtle material contrasts work together to elevate the overall façade without overpowering its roots.

Natural light, ventilation, and spatial continuity remain key drivers in shaping the exterior form, ensuring the home feels cohesive both inside and out.

A thoughtful evolution of a lived-in space-crafted to grow with its people.

Our team recently visited an extension project in 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐠𝐨𝐝𝐚 – 𝐊𝐨𝐭𝐭𝐚𝐰𝐚, where we began exploring ways to thoughtfully expand the existing home.

Every measurement, structure, and surrounding detail is carefully reviewed to ensure the new extension integrates seamlessly with the current house—enhancing space, comfort, and natural light while maintaining harmony with the original design.

We are grateful for the trust our clients place in us as we continue shaping homes that evolve with the needs of the people who live in them.
