We have over 80 stores throughout South Africa and Africa. Every year we buy enough tiles to tile a pathway right round the world with enough left over to go halfway round again! That kind of buying power means that we can offer a wider selection of products and pass massive savings on to you. CTM does not work through middlemen; we work directly with designers and factories throughout the world. We don’t accept their standards, we set our own. Our exclusive brands have been created to ensure that our standards of quality, back up and support are never compromised. Tivoli Taps, Hygenix bathroom ware, Kilimanjaro and Corsini tiles, Promax tools, Progrip adhesives and grouts, bring you a level of quality and value that we are happy to guarantee. PLEASE NOTE:
All disputes which have not been resolved by CTM may be referred to the Consumer Goods and Services Ombudsman contact centre number 0860 000 272 or online complaint form http://www.cgso.org.za/ctc/
