Just like this plantain tree getting nourished by today’s Monday rain, there is no need to rush. The plantains aren’t mature or strong yet, but we are trusting the process and enjoying the journey! 🌧️✨

How is your Monday going? 👇🏽

Therapeutic sounds from a traditional kitchen 🥰 standard Sunday routine. There is something so grounding about the rhythm of pounding yam. It’s a full sensory experience- the steam, the sound, the anticipation.

Wishing you all a restful and delicious Sunday ahead! What soup are we pairing this with today? 🍲👇🏽

There is unique therapy in the sound of a sharp knife meeting fresh vegetables. 🥬🔪 no music needed for this one-just the crisp, satisfying rhythm of slicing fresh pumpkin leaves (ugu) ahead of the weekend cooking.

Happy Saturday, food lovers ❤️
