In a world where the media boost presence, visibility and authority, you can't be left out. Visibility in the media space is no longer just about being popular or having many followers. It is about being seen, being remembered, building trust, and creating opportunities through the content you share.
Today, you can have a great business, excellent skills, a valuable product, or a powerful message, but if people do not know you exist, your opportunities may remain limited.

Because strong government revenue capacity can influence the state's ability to finance infrastructure, transportation, drainage, urban management and other services that ultimately affect property markets.

It does not automatically mean every Lagos property will appreciate.

But infrastructure spending and urban economic activity can influence where businesses locate, where people live and which corridors attract new investment.

For HNIs, this is one reason property analysis should go beyond today's selling price.
Look at the government's fiscal capacity, infrastructure pipeline and economic activity around the location.
A property does not exist in isolation.

A new proposal from the Housing Development Advocacy Network could become important if policymakers take it forward.
HDAN proposed a National Mortgage Guarantee and Inclusion Framework, bringing institutions such as FMBN, NMRC, MREIF, FHFL, commercial banks and primary mortgage banks into a more coordinated system.

The organisation argues that mortgage access should extend beyond traditional salaried workers to entrepreneurs, traders, farmers, artisans and others with legitimate but irregular income.

This is significant because Nigeria's housing market has a financing problem as much as it has a supply problem.
If more Nigerians can obtain structured long-term housing finance, developers potentially gain access to a larger pool of buyers.

But this remains a proposal, not an implemented national framework.

For investors, that distinction matters.

Watch the policy, not just the headline. The eventual design of guarantees, eligibility requirements, interest rates and risk-sharing arrangements would determine how meaningful such a framework becomes.

At its 18th Annual General Meeting, shareholders approved a ₦12.60 dividend per ordinary share, with payment scheduled for September 30 to qualifying shareholders.

The company's 2025 figures also showed property-sales revenue increasing from ₦15.0 billion in 2024 to ₦42.7 billion in 2025.

However, profit after tax declined from ₦23.6 billion to ₦22.1 billion.
That combination is worth watching.

It shows that higher property sales do not automatically mean higher profit.

For HNIs and real-estate entrepreneurs, revenue growth must therefore be examined alongside margins, financing costs, construction expenses and cash flow.

Mixta also reported more than 500 homes under construction across Lagos and Port Harcourt and plans for another MREIF-aligned development in Rivers State.

The lesson is simple: scale matters, but ex*****on and profitability matter too.
Investor question: When analysing a property company, are you looking at sales volume or what the company actually keeps after costs?
