Buro Berger is a Dutch design label for interior. Our Story
Gerbrand van Nijendaal and Berdien Righolt – two individuals, one passion. That is Berger.

For years we’ve shared the same ideas about what is beautiful as well as a love for home accessories, so we knew a collaboration was bound to happen. After having worked together for many years at &Klevering, we followed our own path, and in doing so gained a lot of specific knowledge. After five years, we found each other again. And now the time has come to join forces and ambitions and to pursue our shared dream through collaboration. Our Label
Our distinct taste is the guiding principle of Berger. We work with young, renowned designers and artists who do not stop at the submission of a design. We collaborate with them from start to finish. This results in contemporary, special and high- quality products that last a lifetime. And you want them to last a lifetime because they are so unique and beautiful. since summer 2023 Buro Berger is part of the company &Klevering.

It starts with a simple question: how do you honour a centuries-old tradition without freezing it in time? 🔵 The answer: the bluedot series by Nynke Tynagel. A contemporary take on traditional Delft Blue, built from layered shades of blue and rhythmic dots instead of familiar imagery.

NEW IN: cassata collezione 🍸
A collection of five handblown table-glass pieces, designed in collaboration with Dutch designer Boris de Beijer. Inspired by glassware from classical antiquity, each piece is made by hand using traditional techniques, giving every glass its own unique character.

Meet the Cassata Collezione - and Boris de Beijer.
We followed Boris into his studio to take a peek👀 behind the scenes and see where his ideas come to life. From unique materials and bold colours, his signature style runs through every inch of his studio and into the new designs.

The new collection of hand-blown table glass is inspired by classical antiquity, with techniques rooted in the methods of ancient Greek and Roman glassmakers. Its name, Cassata Collezione, is a playful reference to the colourful Sicilian dessert, which, just like the glassware, has an ancient history.
