Solenga - In collaboration with Ål kommune and the people living there, Solenga explores intergenerational housing as a social framework.

The project is shaped around connection: between neighbours, between private homes and shared spaces, and between different stages of life. Set in the centre of Ål, Solenga imagines a form of housing where community is not added afterwards, but built into the everyday.

Foxwood - Deep in the woods of Øvre Ål, there is a broad and tranquil clearing. In the future, you might find a communal village here, with homes connected by greenhouses. The houses range from large to micro, each paired with a large or small winter garden.
Thrilled to collaborate with and . Their work mapping out what draws people to live and stay in Hallingdal is inspiring. Foxwood is one of the two sketch projects we’ve been developing with them.

C+H - under the hipped ceiling - to corner window, or not to corner window?
When designing a space with huge glass surfaces, it’s important to consider that the surface turns dark after sunset. To counterbalance this, we’ve created an equal corner with no windows, where you can snuggle up in the evening.
