Sometimes, all an empty corner needs is a little attention!

I wanted to make this corner feel more inviting without adding unnecessary furniture or clutter.

A beautiful olive tree, a textured planter and some soft lighting did the trick.

One thing I always recommend when styling a home is to work with the space you have. You don’t need to fill every corner — just give it a purpose.

A beautifully styled coffee table can be practical too!

When styling my coffee table, I wanted to create something that looked thoughtfully put together without losing its everyday functionality.

I started with two coffee table books and a candle to create height and layers.

Then I added a cloud-shaped wooden tray. The organic curves create a lovely contrast against the straight lines of my rectangular coffee table.

To finish, I added a floral arrangement for softness and colour, along with a non-spill diffuser for a practical touch.

And here’s something I always keep in mind when styling: You don’t need to fill every empty space.

Sometimes, leaving things simple makes the biggest difference.

Who says your sofa cushions have to match?

Sometimes, mixing colours, patterns and textures is exactly what makes a sofa look more professionally styled!

I recently added these floral cushions to my existing pink and green collection, and I love how they bring everything together.

A few simple styling tricks:

• Use larger cushions at the back and smaller ones in front.

• Choose a pattern that connects your existing colours.

• Layer and overlap cushions to create depth.

• Leave a little breathing space between cushion groups.

You don’t always need to replace everything to refresh your living room. Sometimes, one thoughtfully chosen piece can make all the difference.
