🛠️ Stair Safety Upgrade | Aluminium Handrail Installation – Queenstown

A practical property maintenance and safety upgrade completed this week for one of our property management clients.

These exterior steps had become increasingly slippery over winter, so we installed a new handrail system to provide additional support and safer access.

🔧 What we completed:

• Installed 4 black aluminium posts, concreted securely into the ground
• Stained 2 pine handrails for a durable exterior finish
• Sprayed the galvanised brackets black to match the posts
• Installed and finished the complete handrail system
• Clean, strong and practical finish designed for everyday use
