Pag-uusapan muna natin ang lot, requirements, number of rooms, preferred style, budget, and other details.

Gagawa tayo ng floor plan, elevations, and 3D perspectives para ma-visualize ninyo ang magiging bahay.
📋 𝟯. 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗨𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗣𝗟𝗔𝗡𝗦
Once approved na ang design, we prepare the complete construction plans and technical drawings.

Preparation and processing of the necessary plans and documents for the building permit.

Once everything is ready, saka natin sisimulan ang actual construction based on the approved design and specifications.

After completion, final inspection, punch listing, turnover, and assistance with occupancy requirements.
