A gym in the office doesn't fix a burned-out workforce. Neither does a meditation room nobody has time to use.

Real wellness design starts somewhere less glamorous: lighting, air quality, ergonomics, and spaces that actually let people recover between tasks.

DOLE reported over 2,300 workplace accidents and nearly 2,500 illness cases in a single year, tied largely to unsafe environments and fatigue, not a lack of amenities.
