In Arabic, Aya (آية) means “sign,” “miracle,” or “a sign of divine presence.” The team of Concepto-Studio creates a contemporary interior inspired by Moorish heritage and Mediterranean living.

Casa Aya, poetically interpreted as seeing the extraordinary in the everyday, becomes the inspiration for the full transformation of a traditional townhouse in Ferragudo.

A contemporary Moorish spirit, where heritage meets modern living, and architecture becomes more than space — it becomes an experience.

Casa Floresta is a celebration of heritage, craftsmanship and the quiet beauty of a traditional Algarvian home. Preserving the intricate details and distinctive character shaped over four decades, the project honours the stories held within its walls.

Concepto Studio presents:
○ Pre-Crafted Living Spaces ○ first studies and concepts.

Redefining modular living, where architecture, nature and comfort come together in a considered and adaptable design. These pre-crafted homes are conceived as refined, low-impact structures, using natural materials, passive design principles and a strong connection to the surrounding landscape.

Designed to be both distinctive and adaptable, each home balances clean architectural lines with warmth, creating flexible spaces that extend naturally towards terraces, gardens and the outdoors. The result is a thoughtful alternative to conventional construction, combining architectural quality, efficiency and a slower, more connected way of living.
