For the Cuscaden Peak Investment office, the design direction explores a refined balance between warmth and modern aesthetics. The concept is centered around a carefully selected palette of wood, brass metal, and grey, creating an atmosphere that feels elegant yet understated.

The natural warmth of wood brings depth and comfort to the space, while brass accents introduce a subtle sense of luxury. Grey tones complete the palette with a clean and contemporary character.

A distinctive curved wall at the entrance and holding area adds a sculptural element to the space. Its flowing form creates visual interest while giving the arrival experience a softer and more welcoming character.

In the meeting rooms, modern acoustic design is integrated into the interior to support privacy, comfort, and focused conversations without compromising the overall aesthetic.

The result is a considered workplace environment where materials, form, and functionality come together, creating a sophisticated expression of Luxury Contemporary design.💼

Our latest completed project proves that a massive corporate footprint can feel incredibly vibrant, dynamic, and professional. For this Agribusiness & Manufacturing company in Jakarta, Indonesia, we used a bold, bright color palette inspired directly by their branding to give the space an undeniable pulse.

The real magic, however, lies in the spatial zoning. We carefully segregated the floor plan to ensure maximum efficiency:

1. Polished guest areas and meeting rooms for private, high-level discussions.
2. Dynamic communal spaces where team culture thrives.
3. Structured workstations optimized for daily focus.
