McKitek Studio

Wellbeing by Design | Quality by Detail

“Same structure, entirely new soul.” The core concept of this townhouse renovation was to preserve the original structural framework as much as possible while completely transforming its character. By applying a clean, minimalist facade with warm wood accents, we gave this familiar home a fresh, modern identity without the need for a major teardown.

Wellbeing by Design | Quality by Detail

"The beauty of perfect balance." A stunning renovation doesn't need a huge budget. We achieved this cozy, budget-friendly space through three smart techniques:
* Space Optimization: Maximizing functionality in every square inch.
* Strategic Highlights: Designing key focal points rather than decorating every corner.
* Balanced Elements: Harmonizing light, colors, and materials without over-designing.
Looking for a beautiful space within your budget? Let's talk!

Wellbeing by Design | Luxury by Detail

True luxury isn‘t defined by the price tag, but by the perfect balance of design. In this Modern project, we curated a sophisticated palette of white, grey, and black, seamlessly accented with elegant marble textures. By mastering the art of Material Matching, we achieved a high-end, luxurious aesthetic that remains surprisingly budget-friendly. It’s a beautiful testament that smart design choices can elevate your everyday living space and support your financial wellbeing simultaneously.

Wellbeing by Design | Luxury by Detail

True luxury lies in authenticity. In this Loft-style renovation, we embrace ”Truth to Materials“ to prove that raw, industrial spaces can profoundly support mental wellbeing. By exposing unrefined concrete, integrating warm leather furnishings, and meticulously arranging black electrical conduits, we crafted an environment of absolute honesty. The organic warmth of the leather perfectly balances the cool concrete, while the visible framework creates a calming visual order. It’s a grounding sanctuary built for your most authentic self.

Wellbeing by Design | Luxury by Detail

Stepping into an empty space is always the most thrilling part of the design journey. Today, our team is on-site exploring the raw potential of an existing building for an upcoming workspace project. The client has given us a fascinating design paradox: colliding the raw, industrial aesthetic of a "Loft Style" with the deep, human-centric comfort of a "Wellbeing Office."

It’s a bold design paradox, and we can’t wait to decode it. Stay tuned.

Wellbeing by Design | Luxury by Detail

True luxury is about a thoughtful dedication to your quality of life. In this renovation, we optimized the layout through Space Zoning to seamlessly support multiple activities at once. We also strategically applied Color Psychology, using a deep Burgundy red in the bedroom to boost daytime creative energy for the workspace, while transforming the room into a cozy sanctuary at night. To complement this, a 3-level adjustable lighting system allows you to instantly shift the atmosphere to perfectly match any task or mood.

Wellbeing by Design | Luxury by Detail

Biophilic Design is more than just adding plants—it‘s a science-backed approach to reducing stress and elevating wellbeing. We apply the ”14 Patterns of Biophilic Design“ through three core pillars:

Nature in the Space: Direct connections via natural light, airflow, and greenery.
Natural Analogues: Calming textures and organic shapes like wood and stone.
Nature of the Space: Layouts balancing cozy private retreats (Refuge) with open views (Prospect).
By integrating these principles, we transform your home into a restorative sanctuary.

Nature in the Space:
Natural Analogues:
Nature of the Space: (Prospect)
