⨠Chapter Three â STEP INTO YOUR POWER
There comes a moment when believing something better is possible is no longer enough.
We have to find the courage to take a step toward it.
And sometimes, that first step is the hardest.
Because courage isnât always bold or fearless.
Sometimes courage is quietly saying, âIâm going to try anyway.â
đ Starting over when you never expected to.
đ Speaking up when your voice trembles.
đż Choosing yourself when youâve spent so long putting everyone else first.
⨠Pursuing a dream even when you donât know where it will lead.
đŚ Taking that first step across the bridge without knowing exactly what waits on the other side.
Courage isnât the absence of fear. Itâs choosing not to let fear make every decision for you.
And perhaps thatâs where our power truly begins.
⨠Todayâs affirmation:
âI honor the courage within me, even when my steps are small, my voice trembles, and the path ahead is uncertain.â
đ A Moment of Cosmic Alignment
As we welcome the October 10 new moon and the symbolism of the 10/10 portal, weâre invited to reflect on new beginnings, personal transformation, and the intentions weâre ready to bring into our lives.
Whether you embrace the spiritual meaning of this moment or simply see it as an opportunity for a fresh start, the invitation remains the same:
What are you ready to stop allowing fear to hold back?
đ Todayâs ritual â The Courageous First Step
Find a quiet moment. Light a candle if youâd like, take a few deep breaths, and think about something youâve been wanting to do but havenât yet found the courage to begin.
In your journal, write:
âWhat would I do today if I trusted my courage more than my fear?â
Then beneath it, complete these three thoughts:
⨠I am afraid of ______.
đ I am ready to believe ______.
đż One courageous step I can take is ______.
You donât have to conquer every fear today.
You donât have to cross the entire bridge.
You only have to be willing to take the first step.
đ Todayâs reflection:
Complete this sentence in the comments:
âIâm finding the courage to ______.â
It might be something big, something small, or something youâve never said aloud before.
And if youâre not ready to share, thatâs okay too. Sometimes simply acknowledging it to yourself is an act of courage.
đ Courage begins before certainty arrives.
⨠Ignite your light, one candle at a time.
