This yard had been completely overtaken by weeds and overgrowth, but after a full cleanup, it’s hard to believe it’s the same property.

The best part? Getting this text from the homeowner after they got home from work. 💚

👋 MEET THE FACES BEHIND THE HATS AND SUNGLASSES 👋

This is Tavi Garcia—the woman making sure The Married Mowers actually runs! While you may not see her behind a mower as often these days, she’s the one behind just about everything else. If you’ve called, texted, received an invoice, gotten on the schedule, or had a question answered, chances are you’ve been talking to Tavi.

She’s the organizer, scheduler, bookkeeper, payroll department, billing specialist, marketing team, customer service rep, and professional problem solver. At home, she’s just as busy—managing the family calendar, doctor’s appointments, meal planning, keeping up with the kids’ activities, and somehow making sure everyone is where they’re supposed to be. She’s the behind-the-scenes MVP who keeps life (and business) moving.

Monday through Friday, you’ll find Tavi leading a daycare as the director, supporting teachers, loving on kiddos, and making sure every day runs smoothly. Then it’s straight into Married Mowers mode, helping keep the business growing one client at a time. She may not mow as often these days, but don’t let that fool you—she’s never afraid to throw on some sunglasses, crank up the music, and jump behind a mower when needed.

When she actually has a little free time, you’ll find her tap dancing, spending time with Job and their two kiddos, or playing chauffeur as she shuttles everyone between what feels like 10,000 different activities.

Whether she’s balancing payroll, running a daycare, answering your phone call, or mowing a lawn with headphones on, Tavi believes hard work should be done with a smile (and probably a good playlist).

The Married Mowers wouldn’t be what it is today without the woman keeping all the moving pieces together. 💚🌱
