πΏ T&B Weekly Recap β October 19 thru October 23 πΏ
Peak color, cool mornings, and a build-heavy week.
π’ Stevens Street, finished up β new stone steps set between the fieldstone walls earlier this month, and this week the crew wrapped it with 1.5 yards of pea stone under the deck and 2 yards of fresh mulch.
π’ Porter Road makeover β 32 new plants, 60 rolls of sod, 250 ft of drip line plus 3 new pop-up heads, and 2 big trees planted. Down the street: new pea stone and metal edging to sharpen up the beds.
π’ Driveway rebuild on Windemere Drive β 4 loads of old asphalt hauled out, drainage tied in from behind the garage, and 20 yards of gravel down for the new base.
π’ Central Street β stump and roots out, 20 yards of fill hauled, then 20 yards of stone and 5 yards of gravel spread and compacted for new pads. Plus 110 mums planted out front π
π’ Fresh sod on Chestnut Street (20 rolls), a machine-edged bed redo with 7 yards of chocolate mulch on Algonquin Ave, and 2 big trees transplanted with a new black-mulch bed on Iroquois Ave.
π’ Our irrigation team added 2 new zones at a corporate campus in Andover and ran 65 blowouts to get systems ready for winter.
π’ 225 lawns mowed β the mowing crews are cleaning up leaves as they go β and 121 lawns got fall lime + fertilizer.
πΈ Throwback: a brick walkway we built on Salem Street in September β from bare dirt beside the barn to a clean brick path (before/after in the photos).
Big shoutout to the whole team β build crews, irrigation, and mowing all firing at once. Next week: more installs, blowouts, and fall cleanups rolling.
