Roof portion of this job complete! The roof had steel/foam with shingles underneath, we tore off down to the sheeting, and replaced with all new. Dormer flashing needed to be replaced, so we removed the siding to be able to step flash and added a flashed trim board along the roofline. All new soffit and fascia around the dormer, to match the new soffit and fascia going around the house!

Customer’s 2nd floor bathroom caused water damage down into the 1st floor dining area. We hung and finished all the ceiling and wall drywall where it was previously demo’ed in the 1st floor, new flooring and trim throughout entire 1st floor. We demo’ed the 2nd floor bath down to the studs, then hung and finished the green board, followed by new flooring and trim.

Small bathroom demo/re-finish. Home owner had a pipe ripped off the steel roof in the winter months causing water damage in the bathroom. We gutted the bathroom, which later turned into a remodel job. We replaced new 1/2” green board throughout, paneling, flooring, trim, mirror, vanity/sink, toilet, and shower door.

Schedule is full through the summer, would like to fill up the winter schedule with indoor work!
