Foundation Drainage / 6-Inch Footer Tile Installation

🚜 Excavated around the exterior foundation to expose the existing footer and create proper access for installation of a new drainage system.

💧 Installed 6-inch footer/drain tile around the foundation, including the necessary fittings and connections to maintain a continuous drainage path around the home.

📐 The drainage pipe was properly positioned and graded along the base of the foundation to collect and redirect groundwater away from the structure, helping reduce hydrostatic pressure against the foundation.

🛡️ This system is designed to help protect the basement and foundation from water intrusion, excessive moisture, and long-term water damage.

🔨 Work included trench excavation, preparation and grading of the drainage path, installation of the 6-inch drain tile, fittings and connections, and routing around foundation corners and existing conditions.

🪨 The drainage system will be properly protected and backfilled to provide a reliable, long-term foundation drainage solution.
