The sessions I look forward to the most are ASMR. 💆🏼‍♀️

These sessions are designed for women to feel a sense of safety and comfort. There is something about gentle touch that feels like you're being cared for. 🫂

Studies have shown that ASMR can provide stress reduction, relaxation, elevate mood, lower blood pressure, lower heart rate, lower cortisol levels, release dopamine, temporary pain management, quiet racing thoughts, and more!

✨ Sessions start at just $20 for a half hour.

Message me to book your ASMR today.
