Tricky backyard in Coeur d’Alene. No problem.
We framed this 12x16 luxe gable on site in one day — 9-foot walls, 12-inch eaves, primed siding, metal roof, and enough 18x36 windows that the inside stays bright. A delivered shed never would have made it into that yard.

This 12x16 standard gable in Rathdrum went up on site within a week of the order. Primed T1-11 siding, composition roof, and double doors so tools and seasonal stuff actually fit through the opening.

This 8x12 mini gable boathouse went up on an existing deck in Hayden — right on the water. Every board and panel had to be carried down a steep, winding path. We bolted it to the deck so it stays put.
Metal siding, metal roof, single door. Built in a day so lake gear lives at the lake instead of across the yard.

Just finished this 5x12 lean-to shed in Thayer Farms subdivision in Rathdrum. Board and batt siding, comp roof, and built only about 4 inches off the house.
Every piece of material had to be walked through the side yard, all the way around the house, and into the other side yard. Video on this post shows exactly how we got it done.

Just wrapped up this 16x24 workshop/detached garage in Post Falls for a local customer.
9' walls, thickened edge slab foundation per local code, and engineered wood lap siding with shakes in the gable. Customer wanted a steeper roof with engineered trusses to match his house. Fully permitted through the City of Post Falls and inspected at each phase.

Wrapped up a couple sheds for a customer inside Athol city limits this week.
We poured concrete slabs for both, then built them on site. One’s a storage shed and the other is a full office shed with 2x6 framing, a porch, and residential-quality windows and doors. Both got house wrap and lap siding.

Put up a little 5x6 shed in Hayden's Orchard Estates area.
Only took a few hours. Perfect size to sit right next to the garage and keep all the yard tools in one place. Put composition roofing on it so it matches the house.
