🏡✨ **ANOTHER HOME RESTORED BY GEORGIA HOME FIX!**

This condo had experienced a water leak, and the restoration process involved more than just putting things back together.

We helped our homeowner navigate the homeowners insurance process and addressed additional areas that had been missed by the mitigation team to help ensure the job was completed properly.

Our work included:
🔹 New insulation
🔹 Drywall installation and finishing
🔹 Fresh paint
🔹 New flooring throughout
🔹 New baseboards and quarter-round trim

While this project took longer than anticipated, our priority was making sure our homeowner was happy with the finished result. We’re pleased to say she is, and the transformation looks great! ❤️

At Georgia Home Fix, we believe in helping our customers through the entire process—not just completing the repairs. We’re a small, family-owned and operated business, and we take pride in treating our customers like family.

🐾 **When your Cane Corso keeps visiting the neighbors… you build a fence! 😂**

Our big guy decided the grass is always greener — especially when the neighbor has a dog next door. So we gave him a little more freedom in our own yard and put up a tall privacy fence he can’t jump over. 🐕😂

And while we were at it, we gave our neighbors a little extra breathing room on their side, too. Win-win! ❤️

We also trimmed back the trees along the fence line to open things up and make mowing and maintaining the yard a whole lot easier.🌳✂️

Sometimes the best projects are the ones that make everyday life just a little easier — and keep everyone (including the dogs 😜) where they’re supposed to be!

Another job done right by Georgia Home Fix! 🏡🔨

At Georgia Home Fix, contracting isn’t just a business—it’s part of our family history. We come from a long line of family contractors who learned that quality workmanship, problem-solving, and taking pride in your work matter. It’s in our blood.

Today, we see many homeowners dealing with problems that can come from rapidly built homes, builder-grade materials, rushed timelines, and products selected to meet a budget or deadline rather than stand the test of time. That’s where we come in.

We believe in finding quality, practical solutions to the problems homeowners face—not simply covering them up. Whether it’s an exterior repair, siding issue, deck, water intrusion, or another problem around your home, our goal is to understand the cause, provide a solution, and complete the work with care.

Your home is more than just a house. It is one of the most important investments you will make! When purchased wisely, maintained properly, and improved with quality workmanship, a home can become a foundation for your future.

That’s why we take what we do personally.

From our family to yours, Georgia Home Fix is committed to helping you protect your home, improve its value, and make it something you can be proud to pass down.

It’s not just what we do. It’s who we are.

💧🏠 From Water Damage to a Fresh New Space — Doing It Right From the Start! 🔨

Not every remodeling project begins with a vision for a new look. Sometimes, it starts with a problem that needs to be found, addressed, and repaired correctly.

This project began with a water leak. Georgia Home Fix stepped in and started with the proper mitigation and inspection process. During that process, we discovered damage and an issue that had been missed by another contractor.

That’s exactly why we believe you can’t just cover up a problem and call it a day.

We caught it. We addressed it. And now we’re remodeling the space with the goal of making sure everything is done the right way, for the right reasons, and with our client’s best interests in mind. 💪

From mitigation and repairs to new flooring and finishing touches, we’re taking this project one step at a time.

And while we’re doing this project, our sunroom job is temporarily on pause because our client is out of the country. Rather than sitting around waiting, we’re staying busy and helping another homeowner get their home back in shape!

At Georgia Home Fix, we believe in:

✅ Properly identifying the problem
✅ Doing the necessary mitigation
✅ Catching what others may overlook
✅ Fixing issues before they become bigger problems
✅ Using the right materials and methods
✅ Taking pride in the work we leave behind

We’re not here to simply make it look good. We’re here to make sure it’s done right.

If your home has water damage, needs repairs, or you’re ready to tackle that remodeling project you’ve been putting off…

🚨 DEMO DAY 1 — AND THIS IS WHY YOU DON’T JUST COVER WATER DAMAGE.

This home flooded, and thankfully, our client called a mitigation team right away. Then she called Georgia Home Fix to handle the restoration.

But once we started digging in… we found mold and fungal growth that had been left behind. 😳

That changes our plan.

Before we put one piece of new LVP down, we’re making sure the old materials are completely removed and the affected areas are properly addressed.

We immediately consulted with the lead technician from our trusted remediation company we work with so we could make sure this job is handled the right way from the ground up.

Today is Demo Day 1.🛠️

➡️ Remove the old.
➡️ Address what’s underneath.
➡️ Eliminate microbial concerns.
➡️ Restore it properly.
➡️ THEN install the beautiful new floor.

Because restoration isn’t about making damage look better.

It’s about making sure the problem is actually taken care of.

We’re getting this homeowner back to a clean, safe, beautiful space — one step at a time. ❤️

🏡 Sunroom Remodel Update | Phase 1 Complete!

This sunroom is officially taking shape! 🔨✨

We’ve wrapped up Phase 1 of this remodel and have already started moving into Phase 2. What started as an outdated space is becoming a beautiful, functional extension of the home—and we’re excited to see the transformation continue!

We’ll be putting the project on a temporary pause while our client is out of the country, but the progress we’ve made so far is something to be proud of. We’ll pick right back up when she returns and continue bringing the vision to life.

At Georgia Home Fix, we believe in doing things the right way, in the right order, and with the long-term result in mind. Sometimes that means taking a pause—but it’s always worth it when the finished product is done right. ❤️
