🦫 The wait is over. Buc-ee’s opens tomorrow!

The new San Marcos store officially opens at 6 a.m. Wednesday, August 12, with a ribbon cutting planned for 10 a.m.

There is the possibility of a lot more traffic around Yarrington Road and the southbound I-35 access road.

If you’re traveling through the area:
🚗 Slow down
👀 Stay alert
⏱️ Give yourself extra time
🧘 Have a little patience

While traffic may be heavier than usual, there should be enough Beaver Nuggets for everyone.

🌿✨ A little ecosystem in a bottle.

I absolutely love how this one came together. 🥹

This Pottery Barn glass vessel has been transformed into a fully planted bioactive terrarium, complete with:

🪴 Variety of live terrarium plants
🌱 Live moss
🪵 Mopani wood
🪨 Natural geode crystal
🪲 Papaya isopods + springtails
🌿 Layered drainage + charcoal + substrate
🪵 Custom wooden base and wooden ball top

The best part? It’s not just something pretty to look at — it’s alive and functioning as a miniature ecosystem. The cleanup crew helps break down organic matter and keep everything cycling naturally. 🌱🪲

I love creating terrariums that feel like little pieces of nature brought indoors.

Available for $175 — Austin, TX.

Would you keep something like this in your home? 👀🌿

🌿 NFS — Birthday Plant Baby! 🎂🌱

Okay plant people… can you name this beauty?! 👀🤍

This was one of my birthday gifts and I’m already completely obsessed. 😍 The colors on this one are just 😮‍💨✨

Drop your guess in the comments BEFORE checking anyone else’s answer! 😂👇

And if you already know what it is… don’t spoil it! 🤫🌿

🥭🌿 Here’s a look at Mango’s fully established “lived-in” bioactive enclosure!

I can’t stress enough how important leaf litter is. 🍂 It might look “messy,” but nature isn’t clean or perfectly manicured—it’s gritty, layered, and functional.

Everything has a purpose, from the leaf litter to the plants and cleanup crew, all working together to create a little slice of the tropics for Mango. 🦎🌱

Have an enclosure idea you’ve been dreaming up? HMU and let’s bring it to life! 👀

🌵🌱 They look good together… but should they actually be together? 👀

I LOVE how this cactus + succulent terrarium turned out, but I’ve learned that sometimes aesthetics and plant health don’t exactly agree. 😂
