Come join us as we grow. We are looking for dependable, honest, trust worthy individuals looking to have fun, and bring properties back to improve communities in the Upper Ohio Valley. If you are motivated, willing to learn, and have a little "jack of all trades" in your repertoire message us. We do a variety of home improvement items from drywall, to basic plumbing, basic electrical to painting, trim and baseboard, kitchen and bath updates, doors and flooring, and are looking for additional laborers as we schedule more client property.

Removed the damaged door and replaced with a solid door. The old door had the bottom cut off, assuming years ago, as you can see from the photo. The new door will receive a good coat of exterior paint to protect from the elements.
Elsewhere an interior door on a storage room was replaced (no photo taken), and we were able to make the needed adjustments and put the mortise door k***s in correctly. We call it failed craftsmanship by inept hands.

We had a crew begin the rehab on a clients rental. This is an up down duplex. Primarily 1 unit is a touch and go with some cleaning, fresh color to get it back on the market. The other had some heavy damage to walls and flooring that had to be removed. Both will hit the market soon as our client gets them listed and available.

We spent an afternoon applying dry lock to a clients basement this week among other things. Next week we do some door installation as well as interior door k**b installation as we had to remove improperly installed k***s and have to get some items to do the reinstall.

Tasked with replacing the posts to flood depth code on a balcony that others had built. We removed the posts, went down 48 inches, and set in concrete. Added the railings on.
The stairs were requested off rhe elevated rear deck and again posts at 48 inch flood depth with concrete. Got the rails and balusters in place.
The crew moves inside to finish an incomplete rehab now. Basement stairs, washer valves, shower faucet, door repairs, some patch and paint, to try and get this one across the finish line as quickly as possible for the client.

Spent the day in the drizzle setting balcony posts at 48 inch depth, started the stair balusters, done a preliminary walk thru, and checked on the progress of another property. Pretty good day of labor, scopes, and productivity. We do what we do and a crew that make miracles happen it seems.
