Sneak peek inside Creek View Stables’ luxurious tack room… getting a little facelift. 🐴✨

This one feels extra special. I had the privilege of being part of her home and business, then his home and business… and somewhere along the way, these two local entrepreneurs found each other, and now they’re jumping into another venture together. 🤍

Not me realizing this basement apartment is going to have a better walk-in closet than I do. 🥲😂

This new-construction closet is about to get a fresh coat of Sherwin-Williams Light French Gray—a soft, clean neutral that’ll keep the space feeling bright and open.

Stay tuned for the after… I’ll just be over here painting my dream closet for someone else. 🎨😂

Good trim work starts before the trim ever hits the wall. 👏

On new installs, I like to get that first finish coat on before installation—laid out flat, smooth, and easy to work with.

Then it goes up, nail holes get filled, seams get caulked, everything gets touched up and prepped, and it gets at least one more coat in place for that clean, seamless finish.

Is it an extra step? Yep.
Does it make a difference? Also yep.

Sometimes a room doesn’t need a renovation—it just needs the old layers properly removed, the walls prepped, and the right color to bring it back to life.

This wall got fresh pine… then we attacked it with socks full of nails, chisels, giving dents and dings. Then added layers of blended stain until that shiny new wood looked like it had been there for generations. 👌🏻

Add Benjamin Moore Iced Marble walls, fresh ceilings + trim, and this sunroom got one heck of a facelift.

Sometimes making something beautiful means destroying it first. 🔨

Nobody wants to paint the ceiling. Not even the painters. 😂

Crick in the neck, back screaming, ladders in questionable positions… and somehow, damn, do we make them look good.

Vaulted, awkward, ridiculously high, popcorn—we’ve got the ladders, scaffolding, extension poles, and every weird little attachment known to man.

You keep your feet on the floor. We’ll handle the ceiling. 😏

Apparently, once I paint your house, you’re stuck with me. 😂🎨

Five years ago, I painted this home as she was starting a new chapter on her own. Now the kids are off to college, life has grown and changed in all the best ways, and I’m back refreshing it for its next chapter as an income property. 🤍

One of my favorite parts of MADE SPACES is getting called back through all the different versions of life. Same house. New season. Fresh paint. ✨

A full-on statement.

Most people are afraid of going dark because they think:
