Pro tip, cold weather is coming. Fall is a great time to l**e all the moving parts on your garage door to keep it in good working order. We have an excellent spray lubricant at our office for $12. Stop by our new office at 803 3rd Avenue North, just east of our warehouse and shop. Pro tip #2, use a silicon based lubricant, not WD-40!
