We got a mix of Ash and Hickory through this beautiful home im Council Bluffs! What brought us in was a cause of moisture damage in the dining room which caused boards to have black spots and extreme cupping on the edges. We had to replace boards and refinish the entire floor due to the previous contactor applying oil base finish roughly 5 years ago and we were unable to blend color into the undamaged areas. The floor turned color with a yellow tone. So we sanded and applied a x-clear waterbase sealer with 3 coats of Satin finish. Turned out great! Homeowners are doing new baseshoe, carpet and a new stair railing.

Refinished 3 stories of this home. Replaced chewed up stair treads and stains on floor. Installed LVP in basement and LVP on stairs. Used Pallmann x-clear sealer to keep the floor a lighter tone and top coated with Pallmann x-Gold Ultra Matte finish. It was a grind but results are amazing!

146 year old (1880) fir floor in Blair, NE at the Blair Train Depot in Lions Park refinished. This floor was in terrible shape. Yeah, it has its stains and blemishes but it is meant to stay with the history of this old building. It had its last refinish of its life this week and turned out pretty nice for what we were up against! Finished with Lenmar oil base sealer and 2 coats of waterbase Pallmann ultra matte 2k

Full demo of carpet, linoleum and vinyl plank out in Bennington, NE last week. Sealed concrete, installed new random length corked back LVP throughout and tile in the laundry room. Reinstalled base shoe and added new in the previously carpeted areas. Turned out amazing!

Check out these beautiful floors in West Omaha! We added new 2¼ Red Oak Select into the Dining room and Living room off the existing Kitchen floors. Everything got sanded, sealed with Bona Intense and top coated with 2 part Matte finish. Turned out amazing!
