This custom hood was a team effort by kitchen designer, Debbie Walker-Danforth, architects Board & Vellum and Huntwood's own Design Services team. The homeowners wanted a custom hood to complement the modern art deco style of their kitchen remodel. Working with an inspiration photo, the architects modified the look to fit in with the surrounding cabinetry.

The owners for this kitchen remodel wanted a home they could feel proud to welcome people into. The interior designer, Bird In Hand worked closely with the homeowners and Huntwood’s Niki Kraft to create a space that felt connected to the original home’s colonial theme.
