This week's project, demo of old 20 x 12 deck and reframe for new 20 x 16 Trex deck with Trex Aluminum railings. Been wanting to try the new look with deck boards for added depth on fascia corners as well as to split up the sides. All framing was coated with fastenmaster joist protective coating prior to decking. Color is Rocky Harbor

Project of the week - a garage that a large tree fell into the side destroying rafters plywood and the windows on the side. All rafters replaced new plywood and reframe exterior wall damage install zip board and new Certainteed roof shingles as well as new Anderson hunter green casement windows. Project is ready for new siding.

Hartz Construction's latest project consisted of a full 1000 sq ft finished basement project with insulated framed walls, drywall, matching doors and trim with vinyl plank flooring throughout as well as a nice 10ft bar area with wet bar and mini fridge. Check out the nice cove area with dry stack stone veneers and hearth for their Pellet stove. Drop ceiling with beautiful raised panel 2 x 2 tiles.
