Finished basement we completed a couple months ago! Homeowners request was a large bathroom and laundry room but didn’t have any underground plumbing in the basement. No problem! Also adding 2 bedrooms , a living area with a ventless fireplace , a kitchen area that is roughed in for a full kitchen later.
And check out the open stairwell! This one turned out great!
