A little reintroduction! 🤍
There are quite a few new faces around here, so I figured it was time to introduce myself and the family behind Simply Porch’d!
Hi! I’m Josi! 👋🏼
I’m a wife, mom of four little ones, former elementary teacher, and the face behind Simply Porch’d!
I was born and raised right here in Byron, Illinois, and I absolutely love getting to raise my own family in the same community my husband and I grew up in.
After stepping away from teaching to spend more time with my family, I found myself turning my love for decorating, creating, and all things seasonal into a little business called Simply Porch’d.
What started as a creative passion has grown into something so much bigger than I ever imagined!
When I’m not hauling pumpkins, arranging flowers, or adding holiday magic to someone’s front porch, you can usually find me chasing after the kids, cheering them on at their activities, or tackling another project around our home. Sitting still has never really been my specialty! 🤪
Simply Porch’d is so much more than pretty porches to me. It’s about bringing a little extra joy to your home, celebrating the changing seasons, supporting other local businesses, and getting to know some pretty wonderful people along the way.
I’m incredibly grateful for every single person who has followed along, booked a porch, shared a post, or simply cheered this little business on.
