The RAVE team spent the week restoring this gorgeous estate to its intended beauty and the results were outstanding!
First, we removed a decade of mold and mildew from the roof and exterior with our patented Bleach-Free Soft Wash. Our system, made in partnership with Florida Biotech removes even the toughest stains without harming your landscaping, etching your windows, or impacting our delicate ecosystem. It’s safe for all surfaces and lasts much longer than traditional methods.
Next two layers of failed sealant were stripped and the joints were re-sanded to ensure proper stabilization.
We finished it off with two coats of our climate specific sealant, built to stand up to Florida’s extreme heat and humidity.
Give us a call when you’re ready to make your neighbors jealous!
Proudly serving Manatee, Sarasota and Hillsborough counties.
