Check out these latest renderings of a new infill project planned for Charleston, West Virginia.

Designed as a community-driven destination for recreation and gathering, the project will provide a dedicated roller rink along with a new home for the local roller derby community.

We’re excited to see this project take shape and look forward to sharing more as the design develops.

This project included an 8,400 square foot commercial interior
renovation that included new office space, conference rooms, break rooms, restrooms, waiting area, and operations center.

Walls were initially reconfigured for better use followed by the design and installation of new finishes, fixtures, appliances, lighting, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.

This technically complex renovation successfully revitalized an aging building, upgrading its infrastructure and providing a sleek, modern, and efficient workspace.

This project was another collective effort of designers and contractors working to turn an empty, historic shell into luxury dwelling units in downtown Charleston, WV. This unit features two bedrooms and two baths with an open kitchen and living space offering views of downtown Charleston along the Kanawha River.

Get ready to party (or just hang out, we won't judge) in our crazy-versatile indoor/outdoor pavilion! 😂 This bad boy can switch from fully open to partially open to fully closed, depending on how extra you're feeling! Plus, it's got all the bells and whistles: overhead doors that go up and down, radiant heating to keep you toasty, and a movable glass wall that's like a magic trick (but not too magic, because, you know, physics). And let's not forget the restrooms - they're so nice, you'll want to hang out and take a selfie in there (but please don't, that's just weird).
