Very big news out of NES…. We are proud to announce the partnership with Holistic Pitching Path. Founder, Harrison Francis, was a 4th round draft pick of the Arizona Diamondbacks in 2017. What sets Harrison’s program apart is his refusal to train the arm in isolation. He integrates the physical side of throwing - mechanics, movement variability, and skill acquisition grounded in ecological dynamics - with the emotional and mental demands of pitching, recognizing that velocity and command mean little if an athlete can’t also manage the pressure, identity, and mindset that come with competing. His goal with Holistic Pitching Path is to give athletes a training experience that addresses the whole picture - body, brain, and mindset together - so they can fast track their growth and avoid the mistakes he made in his own career. Program details will be released soon. It will be 12 weeks, 5 days a week including 2 high intensity days a week overseen by NES Pitching Coaches, Chris Nelson, Rene Vega, Kevin Magee, and Derek Benzinger.
