Another project in a beautiful luxury residence in Lincoln Park, Chicago, is officially complete. 🏡✨

Our goal was to refinish the existing hardwood floors while matching the stain to the surrounding original flooring.

As always, we decided to take it one step further. We recommended a slightly lighter stain, which blended beautifully with the existing elements while complementing and highlighting the home’s luxurious interior.

To protect the floor and provide long-lasting durability, we finished it with Bona Traffic GO by Bona US Professional .

A beautiful home deserved a beautiful floor — and we’re proud of how this one turned out. ✨

This time, we did something a little different from sanding and refinishing!

Our client wasn’t happy with their old floating floor. They wanted something more solid and stable underfoot, while also providing better sound insulation.

We installed a cork underlayment and then installed 7 1/4” engineered hardwood flooring on top.

For both the underlayment and the flooring installation, we used one of the best adhesives on the market from Bona US Professional

The entire project came together beautifully, and our clients can now enjoy a stunning new floor that feels solid, comfortable, and built to last! 🏡✨

This time, we gave this beautiful home a small upgrade — or rather, a big upgrade in floor width.

The traditional white oak flooring was replaced with stunning 10 ½” wide European Oak engineered flooring, completely transforming the character of the space.

Wide-plank flooring creates a cleaner, more modern and sophisticated look while making the entire room feel more open and cohesive.

We finished the project with a custom stain and protected the floor with Bona US Professional Traffic GO in Satin, giving our clients a beautiful finish designed to last for years to come.

A quick look at this luxury vinyl flooring installation in a basement.

Before we started the installation, we made sure the subfloor was properly prepared. We thoroughly vacuumed the surface and applied a moisture barrier by Loba Wakol North America which is especially important when installing over a concrete subfloor.

Once everything was properly prepared, the installation went smoothly and the final result came together beautifully.

This time, we completed a custom white oak
basement staircase with a modern twist.

The integrated LED lighting, with adjustable colors and brightness, creates a clean, contemporary look while adding both style and functionality.

The staircase itself was built completely custom, featuring 2-inch thick solid white oak treads with a sleek square profile that perfectly complements modern interiors.

To preserve the natural beauty of the wood, we used Bona US Professional NaturalSeal followed by a matte water-based finish, giving the stairs a durable, natural-looking appearance.

This project was completed in a stunning home tucked away in the woods, far from the noise of the city. Just a 1.5-hour drive from Chicago, this location offers peace, breathtaking nature, and some of the freshest air you’ll find.

For this project, we installed 6.5” White Oak engineered hardwood flooring in Better & Select Grade. Before installation, we focused on proper subfloor preparation by leveling every plywood seam and thoroughly vacuuming the entire surface. The flooring was installed using premium adhesive and staples in accordance with NWFA installation guidelines.

Once the installation was complete, it was time for sanding and finishing. To achieve the most natural look possible, our client chose Bona NaturalSeal from Bona US Professional . We completed the floor with the best in the industry—Bona Traffic GO Matte from Bona US Professional —for exceptional durability while preserving the wood’s natural beauty.

This project in Lake Forest, Illinois is a perfect example of how much value and warmth hardwood flooring can bring to a home.

Our clients wanted a timeless 3¼” White Oak floor, so we rolled up our sleeves and got to work. We removed the existing tile and the Red Oak flooring in the dining room to create a seamless White Oak floor throughout the home.

We also replaced the staircase with custom White Oak stairs featuring a clean, modern square-edge design. On the second floor, we removed the existing carpet and installed matching White Oak hardwood flooring for a consistent look.
