Madison Hill Road is closed today from Raritan so if you would like to come to the farm we are OPEN but please use the Westfield Ave approach. When you get to the farm just pull in the parking lot and tell the police officer you are coming to shop at the farm and they will let you through. They are upgrading the water line for the new park across from the farm. We wish these large companies would warn us when the roads will be closed in advance. Sorry for the inconvenience, but we are OPEN and happy to serve you.

Here's what's happening at the Farm...

Happy 4th of July!

As you gear up for backyard BBQs and fireworks, we hope you have a fun and safe holiday with your family.

This year is an extra special milestone as America celebrates its 250th birthday. At Schieferstein Farm, we are proud to have been a part of this community's history for 123 of those years!

We truly appreciate your patronage and support, which keeps our family farm growing generation after generation.

Nothing beats local, fresh produce for a historic summer cookout.

Fire up your grill this weekend and enjoy our freshly picked Jersey sweet corn, Jersey tomatoes, and Jersey Blueberries.

Wishing you a star-spangled holiday weekend!
