A normal 1:1 feeding takes Black Widough 2-3 hours to peak, today? Almost 8 hours. Lately its been warm outside so the house has been running 76-78 degrees. Today? Barely 70, while baking at 425. Clearly she's a summer girl who doesn't like change 😂

Gotta love the season changes😬 I'm at the mercy of a jar of flour and water that's taking her sweet time fermenting because she's cold 😂 Might be time to break out the warmer....

The bread started all of this, then came the cookies, brownies, cinnamon rolls… and apparently I still wasn’t doing enough, so now we have jumbo sourdough muffins too. 🤭

When I say sourdough is very forgiving, this is what I mean 😂 Accidentally overfermented my apple cinnamon loaf, so I turned it into caramel apple focaccia instead… and it just about sold out 😂

Not bad for my first focaccia 🤷🏽‍♀️
