Through the end of October, our chimney inspection is $175, which is $75 off the regular price.🙌🏻 Dryer vent cleaning is $75. Book either one or both, and you can add a battery change for up to 5 smoke/ CO detectors for $25.🚨

Your water softener runs on salt, and the tank is easy to forget about. 🧂
Lift the lid, find the cylinder in the middle, check the level before you add anything, and pour the salt in around it. 🙌🏻Do that and the minerals stay out of your dishes, your soap, and your water heater. 🧼🫧

We fill it every quarter for our Home Maintenance clients, so it's one less thing on the list. ✅

Your dryer vent works hard on the inside, but the piece that takes the real beating is on the outside of the house. 🏡 That little flap pushes lint and moist air out every laundry day, and when it gets bent, cracked, or stuck open, rain and pests find their way straight back into the duct. 🧺

The good news: you can check this one yourself. Brush off the debris before it builds up, and make sure the flap opens and closes clean. Bad News: the full process is a bit more complicated, and can cause more issues if not done right. 🫣 Things like this are EXACTLY what we're here for.

Every Routine Home Maintenance visit, doing our job so items never turn into bigger, more expensive things. 🙅🏻‍♀️
